Disagreements and disputes with stakeholders are an expected and natural part of relationships with local communities and stakeholders. We have implemented a Conflict Management and Resolution training program designed to build capacity among employees with skills for identifying, understanding, and de-escalating situations that have the potential to result in conflict.
